1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Double debits due to technical issues
- Failed transactions where the amount was debited but not credited
- Unsuccessful Aadhaar-enabled transactions due to system error
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date. Provide the following details:
- Transaction ID
- Date and time of transaction
- Registered phone number or agent ID
3. Refund Processing Time
Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method or wallet used during the transaction.
4. Non-Refundable Transactions
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Successful transactions
- Amount sent to incorrect beneficiary due to user error
- Transactions disputed after 7 days
